this is one beautiful clutch.. seems easy but is there a pattern than I can use to create it? this is my first time to create a such a bag and i’m not sure i can draw the pattern myself.. any advice?

Hi! I love this bag. Actually I love those framed bags.
I though I should make an effort and make one on my own, but unfortunately I can’t find anywhere in the local stores or on the internet these beautiful metal frames,with the little holes, that can be sewn to the fabric.
I found one in a local store with no holes and I was told it has to be glued. I don’t like the idea, I may ruin the fabric and waist a lot of work or my purse may even fall from the frame after some time. Plus it’s very delicate, if use some strengh I can change it’s shape!
Could you please please please help me and tell me where do you get these frames with the holes?
