Of course you can make it with used toilet paper tube. Since that tube is small, you might need more effort to put all the tiny bits together.

Joanne I think your packaging is a good as the gifts. I know I said this before but the packaging is what makes the gifts extra special, it shows you care. I am going to try and make this for my gifts. I had srgery on my right hand but I still continued to sew with one hand. I made door knob holders (mittens with bells, hankerchiefs they were preety good. You are wonderfully creative! Hugs to you ♥
