My Interview With Kwong Wah

Me reading the rest of the content in the newspaper, while having a cup of coffee and pausing from my knitting.

I grew up reading Kwong Wah Yit Poh, one of the top local Chinese daily newspaper in my country Malaysia. It is my greatest pleasure to be interviewed and featured in there. Thanks to the editorial group, especially Miss Eugenice for calling me up personally for an appointment. I literally fell off my chair when she told me that Kwong Wah Yit Poh wishes to feature Craft Passion and thus, me in the full color page of the supplement column called 非常人物, loosely translated as “outstanding people”. I feel very honored to have a chance like this in my life, it sure is!!!

That's me carrying the Green Shaggy Bag... kinda fat in that photo ha ha ha... They also put up some of my handmade in the print too.

This interview is basically an introduction of Craft Passion and how I started it, what’s the huddle I came across, how I find time for crafting, what is my future plan etc…. some of you might already know the answers if you have been reading my posts all this while. On second thought, I think it’s time for me to write my “About” page here…. soon!!!

There is an online version of this interview available in Kwong Wah Yit Poh [click here to view] but it is in Chinese. For those who would like to read in other language, you can try using Google Translate. Just copy and paste the link of the article into the box, choose translate from “Chinese” to your preferred language. Though the translation may come out hilarious, but you should be able to catch some hints of what it is trying to tell you…. and have a good laugh on the translated sentences :) Don’t blame Google for that, Chinese is really difficult to translate.
