I have readers who really need to get the measurements converted from gram to cup, you may try the following conversion calculators for different ingredients. I am not sure how accurate it is going to be since different ingredient has different density (weight over volume).

I cannot get the measurements for the Buttermilk Scones with almond and cranberry. The conversion site is not working for me. Please send measurements in US cup measurements.
Thank you very much!
Julie
Hi Julie,
I have converted the gram measurement to ounce. There is no direct conversion from gram to cup except water, converting flour will not give you the right amount.
Hope that you don’t mind to use your kitchen scale instead of cup.
Btw, if you really need a gram to cup conversion, you can try the following conversion calculators for different ingredient. I am not sure how accurate it is going to be since different ingredient has different density (weight over volume).
Flour
Butter
Sugar
Hope this help.
