She knew we were going to introduce her today and wanted to leave a message…
“Hello! My human buddies have done a great job with my introduction, but there’s just one more thing I’d like to add. While some of us may be going through a rough patch, that doesn’t mean you need to go through it alone! Bring me home, and I’ll be more than happy to lend an ear to those who need it. If all you want is to cuddle, I’m a great companion for that too! 😉

Aww, who are those special guests? Seems like Pegilop is accompanied by her adorable little piglets, who are thrilled to be in a new environment. Apart from settling in, they have been busy getting to know their new friends Oink Oink and Princess P! Stay tuned for the piglet’s pattern that’s coming up next.

Besides having some artistic dirt spots, Pegilop pig amigurumi pattern has a pink-colored body with unique grey-colored hooves. Just like human nails, pig hooves require regular trim and special care to prevent overgrowing and lameness. It’s important because their cloven hooves help maintain their balance while they make their way through their favorite mud pool.

More Details on how to crochet & assemble the Pig Amigurumi

  1. Crochet parts for Amigurumi Bunny and stuff them according to the crochet pattern: Body, Head, Ears, Arms, Legs, and Tail.
  2. Sew Eyes, Snout, and Ears to Head:
    a. Sew Snout at Round 12 to Round 25. Stuff the snout with some polyester fiberfill before completed the sewing.
    b. Mark the top of the head with 2 C-Shaped lines for the ears' positions; begin at Round 6 extend to Round 15, 18 stitches apart at the top and 33 stitches apart at the bottom. Make sure the snout is in the middle between the ears. Pin the ears to the marking and sew around.
    c. Sew eyes at round 16, just next to the snout. Do not cut the yarn after sewing the first eye, instead, insert it into the head and come out from the second eye to sew another eye. Pull the yarn a little to sink the eyes into the head, knot securely. You can run the yarn through the head a few times to prevent the yarn from snapping in the long run.
