Hi Jovana,
The easiest way to crochet around 16mm beads is to reduce the hook size a little (1.3mm) and use the 18mm bead crochet pattern.

Marker is an accessory, it’s like a safety pin for you to hook on the first stitch of every round of crochet stitches. So, when it states MM, means that you take your marker out and pin it to the beginning stitch of the next round.

Does this mean to sc in each stitch around? If that’s the case, then how does it get reduced to 8 stitches? I have 16 stitches at this point and am only about halfway around the bead.
